What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@alevila.com as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your card details.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 have a flat rate of $5.99 AUD. Express shipping is $9.99 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping may be available in the future.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How do I request a return?

Email us at info@alevila.com with your order number and reason for return.

What materials are your products made from?

We use a range of natural materials including bamboo, cotton, linen, soy wax, ceramic, and wood. Each product listing includes full material details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not currently available, but we are working on it!
